J'ai fait appel à cette avocate pour faire une procédure au tribunal de proximité contre un artisan qui avait fait un travail exécrable chez moi. Cette avocate ne communique pas avec ses clients. On ne pouvait la joindre que par la plateforme d'appels qui ne faisait que prendre des messages ou par mail et elle répondait de manière laconique une fois sur trois en moyenne. Résultat : des incompréhensions, des malentendus et pas de coordination entre elle et moi sur les étapes de la procédure, pas d'explications non plus. Quand j'ai fait savoir, via la plateforme d'appels, que ce mode de fonctionnement, sans aucune communication, n'était pas tenable, j'ai reçu un mail de quelques lignes me disant qu'elle ne poursuivait pas la procédure avec moi et que je devais m'adresser à quelqu'un d'autre à qui elle transfèrerait le dossier. Je n'ai plus jamais eu de nouvelles, pas d'explication, mais elle a bien sûr encaissé le chèque d'acompte ! Bref, très mauvaise expérience de mon côté. J'ai dû poursuivre la procédure sans avocat car je ne pouvais pas me permettre de repayer quelqu'un d'autre après ce que j'avais déjà dépensé avec elle !
